The company was founded in 1990 to provide Information Technology consulting services to the financial industry. For more than 15 years, the company's principals and selected consultants provided support to major banks across the United States in areas of System Integration, Data Conversions, and all stages of the Software Development Lifecycle, including Project Management. Starting in the late 90's, the company started to diversify and develop specialized software products and methodologies for a broader range of clients.

Present
At this time, the company is redirecting its focus to various aspects of Internet Marketing and its supporting tools.

Future
The future for us, as for anybody else, is as wide open as we allow it to be as long as we embrace change as a positive force. The company's goals are to take a forward thinking approach to its adoption of new trends and technology while continuing to provide excellent customer service and value to its clients and partners.
